Who We Are

Our Staff

The success of Housing Families Inc. rests with a team of dedicated staff members who develop effective programs in response to the changing needs of homeless families. Housing Families has recruited and retained a qualified and diverse staff of men and women committed to ending family homelessness. Staff members are representative of the communities served in terms of gender, race, language, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, and sexual orientation. Of the 32 full-time and 22 part-time staff members, 40% of staff are from communities-of-color and represent African American, Latino, Haitian, and Asian backgrounds. Housing Families also employs a number of staff members who were formerly homeless themselves.
